On February 6, 2023 - our team loaded the first dock of the season onto a trailer to be installed at Lake WaConDa. These handful of warmer days here in Nebraska allow us to get a jump start on your installs for the 2023 boating season. We don't want to leave our customers waiting when it's time to get on the water.
February 6, 2023 - Lake WaConDa, Union, NE
During our first install of the year, there was still a layer of ice on the lake. When we run into this, our install team will do one of two things - they will break through the ice so the dock can lay on the water, or they will lay they dock on top of the ice and begin the build as they wait for the ice to melt so the dock can break through. It is a bit more of a process, but it is so worth it to get these docks to their new homes!
February 7, 2023 - Lake Allure, Ashland, NE
The sun was shining for a second day in a row, so another install it is! Different from our first install of the year the day before - the team began building this dock on top of the ice at Lake Allure instead of breaking through. Look at those blue skies.
February 22, 2023, Flatwater Lake, Valley, NE
It was a bit chillier with overcast skies at Flatwater Lake towards the end of the month, but that didn't stop us from getting another dock and lift in the water.
This is just how cold it was - icicles running down from the side of this Mac's Dock!
