Founder
If Zach's not on the water, it usually means he's playing in the snow! Whether he's snow skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding or snowmobiling - if he's outside, he's happy. A father of four and an entrepreneur at heart, Zach enjoys serving and meeting his customers and anyone who knows him knows he rarely sits still.
Brock Altman
Operations Manager
Brock knows the meaning of hustle. He is a volunteer on the Nehawka Fire Team and a dedicated member of his church. He is always ready to learn new things and take on anything. He loves the outdoors and helping others! When he's not taking up a new hobby, he can be found spending time with his wife, Rachel and his friends and family with a beaming smile on his face!
Jackie Bryant
Office Manager
Jackie, originally from Bellevue, brings an extensive amount of marketing knowledge to our team. She graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, Mo. and also serves our country in the Army National Guard. She enjoys reading, traveling, playing video games and spending time with her friends and family. We’re grateful for her service and to have her on our team!
Justin Baucom

Justin is industrious and is always making others laugh. Justin has been married to his wife for 23 years and has two wonderful daughters. Justin is an entertainer with 94k subscribers on YouTube where he shares all the things he does outdoors. His favorite thing to do in his free time is go fishing with his wife and two daughters.
Derek Altman

Derek enjoys spending time with his family, flying his drone, mechanics, and doing all things outdoors like four-wheeling, riding his dirt bike, and mowing. He is a hard-working young man and is always ready to learn new things.
Bryce Westenburg

Bryce is from Johnson, NE. He served in the Army for seven years after graduating high school as a fire support specialist. Following his departure from the military Bryce worked construction with is father. Bryce enjoys anything outdoors including camping, hiking, hunting, and he claims his golf swing is better than Scottie Scheffler.
MaKenna Larsen
Marketing Manager
MaKenna enjoys using the creative side of her mind in all things she does. Her wheels are always turning and you will often find her in deep thought thinking of her next big idea. MaKenna enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her Husband and two fur babies. She is a traveler at heart and has only started visiting all the places on her bucket list. She is hardworking and talented at all things she pursues!
Don Tex
Sales Assistant
Don is our knowledge base and waterfront accessory expert. As a retired IT professional from Union Pacific, Don truly is a jack of all trades. As a former ShoreMaster Territory Sales Manager, we turn all our dock and lift questions to Don. When we aren't blessed with his presence, Don enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, kids and grandkids traveling or on the water at their family cabin.
Chanz Tollefson

Chanz is beyond talented, dedicated and creative. Chanz served in the United States Armed Forces in the Marines Corp. He is hardworking and always wants to make sure our customers are as happy as can be! A Husband and Dad to many furry animals, Chanz lives life to the fullest with a smile always on his face!
Adam Sherwin

Adam loves being on the water and in the mountains! As an avid outdoorsmen, if he's not wake boarding or boating, you'll find him spending quality time with his wife and daughter. Adam is extremely dedicated to his job and never misses a beat! We're beyond lucky to have him on our team!
Cristian McIntire

Christian graduated from Conestoga High School in 2019. Prior to joining us, Cristian was an Apprentice Electrician at Big Red Lighting & Electrical Inc. In his free time he enjoys fixing up cars with his Dad and spending quality time with his friends and family. Christian is motivated and always ready to learn new things.
Silas Hickey

Silas, originally from Nehawka, was a commercial painter in Omaha prior to joining our team. He currently serves as a Nehawka Volunteer Firefighter. In his spare time he enjoys construction and is remodeling his home that he recently purchased. He ran cross country, loves deadlifting, enjoys music concerts and spending time with friends and family.
