Their Story
WetSteps was created by Kelly Kleen and her boyfriend Sammy Casella. Kelly had watched her mom struggle to get in and out of the water. The steps on the old dock ladder hurt her feet and the vertical ladder made it hard to climb out. She started her search to find a better ladder and didn't have any success. Sammy began messing around in the shed in Sunrise Beach, Missouri and built an aluminum dog ladder with wide, angled steps and handrails. The rest is history.
