Exciting Innovations from the Hewitt Dealer Appreciation Event!

Last month, we had the pleasure of attending the Hewitt Dealer Appreciation Event in Mankato, Minnesota. The week was jam-packed with valuable updates, exciting innovations, and plenty of fun with fellow dealers. We left feeling energized and ready to bring even more to our customers this year. On Tuesday morning, our crew packed up and hit the road for a five-hour drive to Minnesota. The ride was full of good music and plenty of riddles—courtesy of our install assistant, Silas Hickey. (We’re still scratching our heads on a few of those!)

Once we arrived at the Hewitt facility in Nicollet, Minnesota, we were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour. From boat lift assembly to canopy sewing, it was incredible to see the craftsmanship and care that goes into every product.

After the tour, we checked into the hotel and got ready for the evening cocktail hour. The night was filled with networking alongside dozens of other dock and lift companies from across the country. One of the highlights? Watching Hewitt unveil their brand-new logo and updated branding—an exciting, fresh look for a trusted name.

A Week Full of Learning and Networking

Wednesday was a day full of innovation and advancements. Back at the Hewitt Facility, we had the opportunity to rotate through group sessions. We learned more about Wave Armor, Fish Armor Sonar Technology, Proteus overhead boat lifts, and Hewitt's brand-new A-frame dock. Each session was packed with insights that will help us serve you better!

Diving Deeper into Customer Service

By Thursday, it was time to get into the nitty-gritty. We focused on how to better serve our customers. We covered everything from streamlining service calls to exploring new marketing opportunities. We even learned about safety upgrades designed for every age group.

This knowledge is invaluable! It helps us ensure that your time on the water is not only fun but also safe. We want to make sure that every boat enthusiast has the best experience possible!

As the day wrapped up, we exchanged heartfelt goodbyes with our friends at Hewitt. We hit the road for the long drive home, full of new ideas and inspiration.
